Feeding Trough

I use feeding troughs found at a rural homestead as a ready-made object, and intervene in them: I stretch dried pig intestines across the trough’s structure and secure them with plastic ties.
Through this action, I move the trough from its utilitarian function into an exhibition space. The object operates not as a feeding device anymore, but as a tension structure.
