Nature as a Toy at Hå Gamle Prestegard

Through memories of my parents’ childhood games, I return to the history of organic toys—pig bladder balloons. After finding and preserving this material among slaughterhouse waste, I reimagine it through jewellery objects, installation, and video performance. My work examines how discarded organic matter can acquire new meanings through artistic transformation, while questioning the shifting boundaries between nature and culture, play and ritual, permanence and decay.
